Job Description

See’s Candies, a California Company known for its Famous Old Time Candies, and delivering Quality without Compromise, is seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic Individual with 1-3 years previous retail experience for Assistant Team Leader at our Brookwood Village location.  Must be available full time from November 3, 2015 to approximately January 5, 2016. 

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should have great Customer Service, Management, Leadership, Organizational and Team building skills.  This position, working with the Team Leader, is responsible for the overall success of the Holiday Gift Center in terms of customer satisfaction, achieving goals, and compliance of team with all policies and procedures per the Operations Manual and Management. 

Skills & Experience Requirements:

This position requires schedule flexibility (must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends), approximately 35-38 hours week.   Must be able to stand, lift, bend and carry 30 lbs. repeatedly.  Successful completion of a background check required.
